"Additional Review - 16 June 2025 I had a wonderful dining experience at Mimi’s Snack and Co. and wanted to give a special mention to the Happy Tummy Meal and Special Fried Rice, which was specially prepared by the chef and isn’t even on the menu. The fried rice was packed with flavour, perfectly cooked, and clearly made with care—an absolute standout! I also tried the Vietnamese Laksa, and it completely exceeded my expectations. It’s not your usual laksa—this version had a unique depth of flavour and a beautiful balance of spice and richness. It was comforting yet bold, and truly memorable. Big thanks to the team at Mimi’s for a delicious experience. What really stood out was the quality of the ingredients — everything tasted vibrant and well-balanced. It’s clear that attention is paid to flavor and preparation. The pork belly bánh mì was decent. The bread had a great texture — crispy on the outside, soft on the inside — and the flavors were on point. However, I felt the sandwich could use a bit more filling, especially when it comes to the meat. Having tried bánh mì at a number of other Vietnamese eateries, I think a slightly more generous portion would take this one to the next level. Still, it’s a solid option. The service was friendly and attentive, and the staff made the experience even more enjoyable. The atmosphere is casual and welcoming, perfect for a relaxed meal with friends or a quick lunch. It’s clear the team takes pride in what they serve, and that makes a big difference. Overall, a very satisfying visit — I’m looking forward to coming back and exploring more of the menu!"

"Absolutely one of the best traditional rare beef pho I’ve tried. The soup is packed with flavour. So is the pork belly bahn mi. Beautiful pickles to give it a well rounded bahn mi. A must try little gem in this neighbourhood."

"The BEST Vietnamese restaurant in potts point ! I became a regular customer I just looooove their food . Their lemongrass vermicelli salad is delicious I was looking to find a place like that one for so long. Their fried spring rolls are so yummy and crusty. The spicy soup is superb and I would add to that that is isn’t spicy because full of chilli but full of delicious and various flavours. I mean I keep having different dish nothing disappoint me . It is a MUST TRY ! Love supporting a good small business. 100% tastefull, friendly and affordable. Thank you and good luck in your success"

"I’m a Potts Point local and half Viet, and this is hands down the best pork crackling bánh mì in the area. The crackling is actually crackling, the pork is juicy, and the bread has that perfect crunch without being dry. I always go extra coriander and extra chilli and they deliver every time. Highly recommend."

"I had a crispy pork belly bahn mi, it was lovely and fresh and fully packed. The pork was moist with a lovely crisp crackling for texture, the salad was hearty and well balanced and the roll it came in was crusty on the outside but nice and soft in the middle. Beyond the food, the service was great, the staff are very lovely and accommodating, even managed to find us an extra table when they were full. Highly recommend!"
